A company whose business is storage.

TCR Lojistik is a storage company within Teriş Invest. In our 18,600 m² Type A general bonded warehouse in Hadımköy we store plastic raw materials and paper reels. We don't transport; our work lies between the dock and the rack.

01.1WHO WE ARE

Forty years, one job.

We started in 1984 as a small warehousing subsidiary; today we continue as TCR Lojistik within Teriş Invest. Our name changed; our habit did not: we count every incoming pallet, record it and hand it back exactly as we received it.

01.21984 TO TODAY

Different name, same know-how.

The journey began in 1984 as a warehousing subsidiary and, over the years, deepened into bonded storage and warehouse operation. The care with paperwork, the habit of counting and the reflex of treating a customer's goods as our own were formed in those years.

The same experience continues today as TCR Lojistik under the Teriş Invest roof. In Hadımköy the racking, equipment and software were built afresh; the team works with the same habits. What grows this business is not the racking but people who know their job and trust each other.

01.4VALUES

Four values.

Not to hang on the wall, but to practise on the shift.

01

Discipline

The rules are the same for everyone, on every shift.

02

Trust

The goods we take into our care are our word.

03

Technology

We invest in software and equipment; the system says, the team verifies.

04

Ownership

Everyone who keeps the floor in order owns that order.

02How We Work

Gate to dispatch, in six steps.

Your goods follow the same sequence from the moment they come through the gate until they leave. At every step it is clear who does what and which document is left behind.

02.1FLOW

Six steps, one sequence.

The product group may change; the sequence doesn't. What changes is the product rule applied at each step.

  1. 01

    Pre-Notification

The load is identified before it reaches the warehouse. The customer representative takes the product group, volume and customs requirement and checks them against free rack locations.

If it fits, the vehicle is given a time slot and a booking number. The gate officer sees on the day's list which vehicle is due at which time.

    BOOKING RECORD

A vehicle without a booking number is not directed to the gate.

  2. 02

    Goods Receipt

The vehicle is met at the gate: the gate officer checks the plate and the seal. At the dock the warehouse supervisor checks the load against the paperwork: package count, packaging, visible damage.

Unloading doesn't start until both have signed the report. Any damage is photographed and attached to the report.

    GOODS RECEIPT REPORT

No vehicle is unloaded until the count matches the paperwork.

  3. 03

    Customs Entry

For bonded goods, nothing counts as stock until the warehouse declaration is registered. The warehouse officer and the customs broker check the description, package count and weight against the paperwork.

Once registration is complete the goods are entered in the warehouse stock records; from that moment they are under customs supervision and in our care.

    WAREHOUSE DECLARATION

Goods are not entered into stock until registration is complete.

  4. 04

    Put-Away by Location

No pallet goes "somewhere suitable". The system chooses the zone and rack location according to the product rule; the operator scans the location on the terminal.

The attachment follows the product: a pallet of sacks goes on forks, a reel on a clamp. The work order doesn't close until the location is scanned.

    LOCATION RECORD

A work order is not closed until the location is scanned on the terminal.

  5. 05

    In-Stock Monitoring

Goods are tracked on the rack too: periodic stock counts, temperature and humidity readings and CCTV.

If a count shows a discrepancy, its cause is looked for; the period doesn't close until the difference is explained and cleared. The result is shared with the customer.

    COUNT REPORT

A period is not closed until a count discrepancy is explained.

  6. 06

    Dispatch

Dispatch mirrors receipt: only the lot named in the instruction is prepared and loaded. The warehouse supervisor checks the lot match, the loading order and stacking safety.

The gate officer checks the dispatch record and the plate; the vehicle leaves with two signatures and the gate log is closed.

    DISPATCH RECORD

No lot that isn't on the instruction is loaded onto the vehicle.

03Technology

Software runs the warehouse. People check it.

Technology here is a tool, not a showcase: the system assigns the rack location, the terminal reads the movement, the sensor measures the temperature. The team verifies on the floor what the system says.

04Work Culture

Disciplined process, reliable team.

Two things run side by side on the floor: written rules and people who trust each other. Because everyone knows what to do, the floor runs on confidence, not tension.

04.1PROCEDURE

Putting it on the rack is half the job.

Every task is supervised by qualified staff. These six points are what everyone who joins learns on day one.

01

Defined Roles

Who is at the gate, who is on the racks, who does the count: written down by name for every shift.

02

Double Check

Receiving, dispatch and stock counts are never closed without a second person's signature.

03

Standard Process

A pallet is received the same way today as it will be three months from now.

04

On Record

A movement that isn't scanned on the handheld terminal is treated as if it never happened.

05

Immediate Reporting

A discrepancy, damage or mismatch is written up and reported on the shift it is found; it never waits until tomorrow.

06

Regular Drills

Fire and evacuation drills run on a schedule; the team never hears the alarm for the first time in a real event.
